My little JR Milo loves it and has been wheelspinning round and round the garden at top speed.
My big girl Shady loves it too but is unfortunatly missing it all today with having her op.
We have had so much this morning I cannot get out in the car at all.  Did attempt but had to turn back.

What snow :-D It snowed here for about an hour last night quite heavy in the end......but when i woke up this morning it was all gone

My dog did love being in the garden while it was snowing :-)

Dogs took their balls out on our early walk this morning - we had a lovely game in the snow, although we did lose Bramble's ball a few times and had to hunt for it - fortunately Tara has a football, so didn't lose that :D

It's raining here now, although still cold - so the snow will be gone by tonight, I guess :(

Snow?  No snow here but plenty of rain!

Nips was very unimpressed with his first sight of snow. Mainly because he thought I was totally unreasonable in expecting him to go out and get a cold bottom. He totally changed his opinion when he went for a walk on the Downs and ran around in the lovely crunchy covering. He loved it so much that yesterday he was am absolute little so and so when the snow got under his tail and he decided to run around in loony circles carefully avoiding my eye and the lead I wanted to put him back on!

All the snow has gone now. Replaced by really cold rain. :(

Pippin loves the snow!!!! :) I could not wait to see his reaction as I  let him out for the first time into a garden covered in snow! well he ran out like there was nothing different about it, and then, half way down the path, he started smelling the ground and digging his paws really deep in it and running around from each end of the garden to the other and having great fun!!! He was a bit sad looking today when he saw it was all melting away, but I'm sure it will be back soon, as its freeeeeeezing!!!! :D

We have had snow for about three days now and Tyler loves it, he never wants to come back inside. My husband also loves it so Tyles gets extra walks as well. He was on his walk the other day and he said there were a few teenagers having a bit of a drink ( as you do at that age ) and Tyler came flying out of bush, he said they all started screaming and shouting 'it's a snow dog' really made me chuckle.

I wish we still had snow because Jet and I love to cross country ski and snowshoe.  Instead what we have is about a foot deep of white glistening concrete.  We had snow, then rain, then last night it dipped to -9 C and is -7 C right now so the snow is all frozen up like concrete.  I'm about to take poochie girl out and will not be surprised if we can both stand on it without breaking through the crust.  It is sunny and gorgeous out, with all the ice on the branches, so I must remember the camera.

i WISH i had snow it is so hot in aus at the moment and my dogs hate it well the pups anyway. Its about 36 degrees or more over the last week and it has only been cooling down to about 30 degrees during the night so pups dont wanna sleep and neither do i its just to hot

We had snow last night and Nina didn't know what to make of it, she just stood there stairing at it, ha ha ha.  Although woke up this morning and it had all gone:rolleyes:

Flynn was in heaven last night when I took him out. It's the first time he's seen snow and he was as excited as I was. We were both running round like loons at midnight, standing in as much fresh snow as we could. I was disappointed this morning when it had all gone and it was raining as I was looking forward to taking photos of him in the snow.

Funniest thing ever was when one of my previous dogs saw snow for the first time. I opened the back door and she was about to run out when she stopped dead, looked at the snow on the ground and looked back at me with a disgusted look on her face as if th say "And what is the meaning of THIS?" It took a few seconds to coax her out and then she thought it was great.

The Gruesome Twosome loved the snow and rushed round and round the garden but I wasn't so keen when it very quickly turned into slush and then developed into a real quagmire...

Tansy was a bit unsure about the snow at first, but after a minute ran outside and started eating it!! It did rain afterwards though, and it is my belief that she is a JRT cross cat.....she will go out of her way to walk around a puddle, and treats rain as though it were sent to make her life hell. Pups eh?? :-) :-)

My lot all adore the snow, even Puglet, (as long as it is the dry fluffy sort!).  However, took the pups to the park for there first "big" play in it today (just had little plays at home, then lead walks where the pavements are pretty clear, this week.)  Poor little Algernon (pug) got "Chilly Willy Syndrome" and had to be carried for the last half of the walk, wrapped up in my new cashmere scarf!  So thats a stop at the cleaners on tuesday for me ;)  HE did enjoy the first part of the walk though.
bye
