lol sorry if it seemed i was having a go - xmas is over to me - i took my tree down on boxing day as it was taking up to much room lol.

Mine are still up and i've kept the xmas spirit, plus the fact that the mound of toys are underneath the tree,which i'm dreading, sorting out:rolleyes::cool:

It's still Christmas here in our house! Hubby back to work tomorrow though and I'm gonna miss him:rolleyes:I love it when were all home, family together! Merry Christmas & a happy new year hun!

That's why our decorations etc don't go up until the week BEFORE christmas - and they stay up until 12th Night (6th January) - that way, Christmas lasts nicely - and feel Christmassy AFTER all the rushing around has been done :)

Feel the same about decorations, Margot. Ours went up Christmas Eve night and won't come down until 12th Night and because the house has only been "Christmassy" since Christmas I'm still delighted with the effect!

Glad to see there's a couple of people like me merry xmas justlou and a happy new year.  I'm one of those who likes to put the decorations up first efore anyone else,m although i never achieve it ha ha ha.
