* said in my best 'Miss Jean Brodie' voice* !!!!!!

Its the Eve of Christmas Eve!!!!.... where has that kindred festive spirit gone!!?
there seems to be quite a few 'spats' going on at the mo. in threads :(

Im having a luuuuuurrrrrvely long flute of bubbly, tryyyyyyyying to apply masscara, and wrestling a lovely ribbon from my Siberians mouth, which moments ago took me an eternity to tie perfectly round a present

Then Im off out to partake in LOTS of Christmas 'Spirit'...*hic*.. sing out of tune carrols.. badly... and dance like my Dad at weddings!!!! ;)

Have a lovely Christmas all.. in which ever way you spend or celebrate it.
Very Very best and warm wishes to you all :D

I'm at home with a fine bottle of vintage port (which Sainsbury's mistakenly undercharged us for by a tenner!) and box of choklits.

Tomorrow I'm off out to be irresponsible...

Have lots of Christmas fun everyone!

How is the head this morning :D

I am sitting here on my third cup of tea thinking about how to tackle the Christmas present wrapping :rolleyes: :D

Coming to the conclusion that going back to bed maybe the best idea :D

Sighhh.........I thought that I was through with Christmas shopping .... been getting a little bit here, little bit there, for yonks - but just discovered that I still have to buy 3 pressies

And as for consumables .... well - it appears that some of them have been consumed:eek::eek:

Naming no names - of course - but I'm muttering at Add & Nik about the obvious consumption of beers & lagers - they've left the empty cartons!

So heigh ho - its sleigh go - down to face the inevitable scrum at Asdas............I may be some time............

If I don't get back on here - I hope that everyone has a wonderful, wonderful Christmas!

Horrible time to be ill. Many best wishes for feeling better.

I thought I'd sorted the shopping too but now have a very peculiar list of "forgettings" which goes:

Figs (hate 'em meself!)
Dates (hate these even more!)
Frozen Peas
Dry Roasted Peanuts
Plastic bowls

So I'm off to Lewes to brave the hysteria in half an hour...:(

Well spent all day in bed, feeling very very ill worse than I have ever felt before. I have now managed to keep a slice of toast down and a cup of tea and waiting for dad to come and pick me up to take me to theirs to wrap presents(They picked the kids up to get them out of the way at about 10am)
It has just taken me ages to wrap mum and dads 2 presents so I may be there until next Xmas wrapping the rest :( :(
Really do feel like Bah humbug now!!!!!
Lea :)
