Please any1 have any suggestions my staffy is 8mnths old and has just got a small lump appear above her eye she keeps scratching it and making it bleed its hard if you push it it feels hard to touch almost like a wart and is not itchy all the time but most of the time it is

I would probably take her to the vet before she gets it infected.
