I was startled to find last week that by getting Reserve Best Handler in Match some time ago I'd qualified for our local ringcraft Best Handler of the Year match. I turned up this week with Ellie and was astounded to win Reserve Best Handler of the Year, with an ENORMOUS rosette and trophy to take home! I'm really thrilled as I always thought I wasn't a particularly good handler - not awful, but not brilliant either! :-)
