lupin is due her second vacc thgis tuesday so i will ask the vet then.

when she was 8 weeks and at the vet for her first vacc, the vet picked up what he called a slight heart murmer.
he said he wasnt concerned and felt that it would be something lupin grew out of, never the less he would check her at the next vaccination date.

all has been fine in fact i had almost put the problem to the back of my mind. lupin has been thriving and is doing very well.
however the other day i took her to a friends house they have a bigger garden and as lupin was running flat out across the garden i noticed she was opneing her mouth every few strides.
at first i though tnothign of it and thought she was getting a bit hot and was trying to pant and run at the same time.

however she did the same today and while watchign her i suddenly rremembered the heart murmer and was wondering weather there coudl be a chance that the 2 are related.

she dosnt mouth breath or pant at all any other time. it seemed to be when she was runnign round in the garden flat out.

i have seen a dog with heart problems before, there heart goign teo to the dozen and then panting all the time, with a bluish toungue. lupin is pink and healthy and she dosnt breath liek the dogs i have seen with heart probs.
