I have owned dogs for 25 years but all have been rescue dogs.  I have absolutely no idea of the process of breeding (well I know the beginning bit). :D  Can someone please talk me through from day one?  This is purely out of interest, I have no wish to breed (both mine are spayed and neutered) but I am really interested as it is something I have never researched.
