So that she can do it again, and again and again? I think not!
This is the woman, who, in July said
<<well the original breeder my bitches mother was bought from a rescue centre in wales which is no longer there. we managed to tract who her original breeder was but cant do anything because the owner is dead >>
Sniff, sniff, sniff - I smell something, and it aint Cow!!!

MEEEEOOOOW margot put your claws away its getting boring now
look, im not a sad lady for a start. i do take advice. but you all advised on the wrong subject...i told you all that i was going to mate my girl with or without your say so, but still you all wrote shirty messages to me slating me. this is not what i asked for or needed. i needed advice on mating my girl and now im asking for advice/tips on whelping, yet still you'd rather bang on about not doing something which has already happened, rather than helping me with the here and now

We advised on what you asked about. If you'd taken note of that advice, you wouldn't be asking now. But you didn't like what you heard, so ignored it.

Well I don't think ANY of us would even CONSIDER mating a bitch if we didn't know what to do, or already had help sorted out well in advance of the mating. Everyone has to start somewhere but usually you go to you bitch's reputable breeder for this help and advice.....................

I dont know much about staffies but i thought you could only have genetic tests on KC reg dogs? Or is that just hips? One reason kc reg pups are less likely to be found in rescue is not only because the breeder will take them back but buyers will think long and hard before parting with the large sum of money a kc reg pup costs. I presume your pet puppies will be less money?

I just hope this litter doesn't end up like the litter in my local paper - 6 Staffie pups, around 10 weeks old, abandoned - running loose on a housing estate, presumably because the owner couldn't find anyone prepared to take on unregistered Staffs........

You can have any dog hip scored, eye tested & DNA tested. What you can't do is know that the dog you use at stud is not a close relative if the one ot bth are not KC registered unless you have them both DNA profiled
I've just rung 5 local animal rescues They all have several young pedigree. non pedigree & cross staffies in. One was a unreg pedigree bitch that was in whelp to the owners bull terrier X :( they are all full to bursting with unreg pedigree dogs & mongrels
You have taken a route to raise the money to spay your bitch by breeding from her & adding to the massive number of Staffies around. If she has 10 puppies do you have 10 home lined up that will not fade away once the litter is on the ground ? Are you seriously trying to say you are only going to charge enough for the puppies to cover the stud fee(if any) & the spaying costs ? I very much doubt you will have paid £300 or more stud fee & I don't think the cost of spaying will be around £300 either so if she has 6 puppies & you charge £100 each you will still make money
The words young dog & tract of land cultivated for the purpose of agricultural production or a street away from the main thoroughfares & one engaged in the breeding of a specified organism come to mind

Here I want a smiley clapping its hands!! but I'll have to make do with :D :D :D

Absolutely spot on!

Whoa! this took off didn't it?
I just wanted to ask what's he difference between what's happened here and a puppy farmer? Personally I can't see the difference.
a puppy farmer does this for a living. i dont
