Hm Just had a chap ring up asking for a professional handler for his 14 month old Staffie because she wriggling & won't stand still when the judge approaches ! Odd because I didn't think many Staffie people used professional handlers & I'm not that sort of handler anyway(well not anymore ;))

I offered him advice but got the Oh we've done that, tried that, been there, go to that club already etc

Wouldn't listen when I tried to explain all it takes is patience & consistency & going back to basics

LOLOL moan over off to ringcraft so my lil Rjj can play with his mate Maurice the very cute Shar Pei !(who is a stunner & Shar Pei's aren't onre of my fav breeds re looks etc normally) He has got that something tho' :D

What makes him think a professional handler could cope!?  Sounds like you wasted your time trying your best to help :(  Well let's hope he finds a handler and doens't get rid of the dog insted.

Not sure if staff's are a professionally handled breed however it does seem to me it is becomming more common for other people to handle, wether professionally or not, It was done for the first time in red and whites earlier this year!

Hi ,there are a good few pro handlers in Staffords but they tend to
just stick to that Breed. if he gets to some champ shows and he has
a nice type of dog,  people will  see the Dog is wasted with his handling
someone will guide him to a handler  in the Breed I am sure,
