It depends on what conditiont he dog is in. If he is regularly brushed thoroughly then only about an hour and a half. If he is badly matted underneath than ic can take upto 5 hours. This is why it is vital for all long hairded dogs to be groomed properly at least once a week with a daily quick brush inbetween.
