Can anyone please tell me which is counted as day 1?  Is it the actual day of mating, or the following day?  I know there's only a day in it, and it doesn't matter that much, but I just wondered which it is, so I can count my days down totally accurately!!

Day of mating same as for a season you count day 1 as first day of colour.

Possibly she means which day is day 1 to count the due date for puppies once mated, not the mating date from start of season though, in which case I assume it would be day of first mating?
