Does anyone know what the situation is about the supply of nature diet? I have been into our local PAH and their shelves are empty. They tell me there's a supply problem because nature diet have changed packaging.  Anyone in the know??

Can't see that there's a problem on their website, Haven't heard anything but I used to order from them direct - its cheaper. Maybe you could email them

I order quite a lot for other people and am not able at the moment to get the amount I need.
So, there must be a problem somewhere!

My local Pets at Home has Naturediet from floor to ceiling - they are well stocked.  Their web site (in a forum response) does say they have had a problem with supplying because of machinery problems at their factory.  I don't know if their new factory is up and running either.   A clerk in one of the smaller pet shops told me that their equipment broke down as well - but she did have a small stock in the store.

It looks to me like Naturediet is continuing to keep some suppliers in stock and others they cannot supply.  Why don't you call Naturediet directly and order from them?

I enquired with my pet shop yesterday. They told me that they had bought new premises in Norfolk and had therefore made their existing team redundant. Then for whatever reason they had not moved so they are trying to manufacture with a very small team and this is affecting supply.

Try ordering direct from them.

Our local PAH is all out too, told it was because of a factory move, so we`re off on a nature diet hunt this afternoon, hope others get sorted :crossesfingers:

I went to two of my local suppliers yesterday(in the East) and all they had was 'puppy' and the 'lite' and not much of it left at all,i dont usually have any problems getting hold of it,incidently have you tried 'Do it all'-i know its sounds like an odd place but our local one has a pet feed section and has been stocking it for a short while.Might worth a try.

We managed to get some this weekend thank god although the boys have been on Natures Menu for 2 weeks now as everywhere had run out of ND!  No ill effectives from Natures Menu and I think they liked the change but its sooooo much more expensive.  Hopefully the situtuation with ND will improve soon, they much be losing so much money

'do it all' is now called 'focus' and some stores have a pet dept.
which they are currently fasing out they have stopped ordering
nature diet. and when thier stocks have gone that will be it.
the advice they are giving is to order from the supplier direct.

Our local PAH was out this morning. They were also out of Nature's Menu (except for puppy and light). Fortunately I only use it for emergencies or when out for the day.

I'm also out of ND and are now on Natures Menu my not so local PAH is all out and so is my local but very expensive Pet Shop.

Well we found some and in his favorite flavor too, yiphee we`re stocked up till monday although we cleared out the poor guy, but this is the only food Cy doesn`t get runny stools on  so am happy we where able to find some.
bought a load of natures menu the other day but he hates it so we`re takung it to our local rescue to see if they can make use of it.
Have also been told normal deliveries should resume on thursday

Our local PAH are having a lot of trouble getting hold of supplies. I feed my two elder dogs raw but I have my pup on ND at the moment. Thankfully Puppy is one of the varieties they do have a few cases of.
