HI there, next year we are moving over to Gran Caneria from england and when we are out there we want to get another dog, a german shorthaired pointer, I already have Alfie who is 9months now so the ideal time is to wait till he's 2 until we get another dog plus moving Alfie, two kids under 5 and the OH do I really need any more stress!!   So my question is will I find it easy to get a GSP in the canerias and if there is no GSP out there if get in contact with a breeder somewhere else in Europe will the dog have to wait until its nine months for its pet passport??  Also the reason I have always wanted a pointer is to train to gun as I obediance with Alfie and I want to go in to another field, is there any chance of doing 'field' trials in the canerias???
