I recently bought an oes and cant get hold of the breeder, if you can help please let me know, the breeder was a mrs e. mccartin from somewhere in the north east of england and the dogs name is longstown rocca

Longstown doesn't appear to be a KC aregistered affix, unless it's fairly recent. I'd suggest you get contact the OES breed clubs who may be able to help you.
