Your best bet is to contact the SCWT club of GB who run a puppy-list.  You'll need to register with them and then your details will be forwarded to breeders when litters become available.  They'll also be able to put you in-touch with area reps who you can visit to see Wheatens in a home environment.  Have a look at the club website http://www.wheaten.org.uk/
