Can you please advise if there is a website that details which health tests breeds should of have done before breeding so that people looking for puppies know what to ask.

The relevant breed clubs are the best place to ask and the majority have their own websites.  There is ofcourse additional information on the KC's website.

the best way for people to find out is to research which breed they want and then to contact the breed club who will advise them of health tests

When thinking bout getting a spaniel my daughter asked our vet, who got all the information she needed. You can also try asking at your vets.
