Just when i thought i was getting somewhere i got an email from CSA saying they dont think im entitled to compo - even though i have a letter from the chief exec saying i am!Been waiting 6 weeks and t was due anytime now - there supposed to ring me later but i bet they dont - im really miffed off now - there so rubbish!Even with my local mp involved an an independant case examiner cos theyve messed up so much!!!!! GRRRRRRR!!! Just needed to get that off my chest

Yeah so have i - i knew it was too good to be true - at least i have proof they said im entitled!Been a year and still no cash!I only ontacted them via emai now bcos it costs so much to ring them and its not fair when theyve given you nothing in return!Ill guarantee they dont ring me!

Talk about confusing - i get told one thing in an email and another in a letter - todaythere telling me i am entitled to compo in a letter n itll take another 6 weeks thy mad me so mad!They say its in meltdown - i think it already has.There talking about inland revenue involved - go for it they never have anyproblems,cant make things any worse than they already are!
