Assuming she's neither too young nor too old, has passed her breed-relevant tests for hereditary conditions (mainly hips and heart for boxers, I believe, but you'd know more about that than I), is KC registered with no endorsements and has been independently assessed as being good enough to breed from (that's usually done by doing at least reasonably well in the show ring), your best bet is to contact her breeder and ask which bloodlines would suit her best, and which to steer clear of to avoid a disastrous litter.
