I'm currently thinking about a radical career change and would love to get into dog training with the police / army etc.  I've already got training experience etc - does anyone have any info or contact infomation that might be useful for the south east area?

It is rare for the police or MOD to use civilian trainers, although I can think of one police force off the top of my head that does, most become trainers from being dog handlers and are already in the force.

If you have the necessary skills, experience and knowledge required to train all purpose dogs and sniffer dogs then you may have luck contacting them individually.
