I've been looking for some wide fitting boots for years and I'm determined to get some this year. I didn't even think my calves were particulary wide but I've tried Next and M & S and they're no good. Someone posted about this topic a little while ago and suggested a few places where they are sold. I've found DUO of Bath they seem good but I did want a brown pair and they mainly sell black I can't remember any more of the suggestions. Can anyone help?
Evans are fantastic for wide calves. As a horse rider, my calves are very well developed! :D

I think it was me that was talking about wide calf fitting boots. All of the places I found have already been listed, I ordered some from Plus in Boots, and even though the p+p was £6.50 they arrived the next day and are perfect, they are brown ones as well!! They don't seem to have loads of styles or loads of different sizes in the styles but if I can find some I like in my size, I would guess most people can, because I am the pickiest of people when it comes to shoes!

Muck Boots are fantastic for wide calves. The uppers are made of neoprene, which is flexible and stretches to fit nearly any calf. Have a look here:
