hi i took my dogs out before the fire works started . i let them of the lead at the park
always keeping an eye on them as i was playing fetch with them.i came home and the pup aged
8mth was sick about ten min later she is not herself slevering a bit and very quite when shes up on her feet she not very sure at all you would think she was drunk as shes usually full of fun and the lease noise
she will bark even when my brother came into the house she just lay were she would normally jump up
at him and bark and wave her tail but she just lay there not botherd at all.
i never notice her eating any thing but there was a lot of mushrooms around or even toadstoals
so im thinking that she may have eaten some are they poison to animals can anyone advise me
on this as going to leave her an other 30min just incase im just panican
any advise welcome
yours sharon ps shes had her jags

To be on the safe side, I would get to the vet ASAP. Pups can deteriorate very quickly.

I would get her to the vet asap. Better safe than sorry. Hope she is ok. xx

If she's staggering like she's drunk, please get her to the vets a.s.a.p. She could just be very stressed due to the fireworks, but she could also have eaten something poisonous and be in acute kidney failure. I lost a dog within 15 minutes of her exhibiting those symptoms in March, so time is of the essence.
thanx eveyone
i took her to the vet she was quite and shaken
he checked her over gave her a seditive to camb her down she had worked
herself up so much due to the fireworks thats why she was in a state.
this is her first exsperince of them thats why i thought she had eating something
none of my other dogs have acted in this way but i have learned that every dogs reaction are different.
well im glad to say that shes calmed down tyred and is looking a lot better
i though the fireworks were not bothering her it just shows how rong i was i will remember this the next time boy what a fright i got.
thanx again

Hi Palaminouk, it might pay to get a DAP diffuser and /or some Serenum, or Rescue Remedy in for next year. One of mine was a bit upset too but not as bad as yours, I gave her some RR and she did settle quite a bit.
