Quick question about my pups.  They are 8 month old sisters and I'm sure that one of them is gonna come into season soon as this morning I noticed her vulva is looking a bit swollen and she has been very grumpy, snappy and vocal this last week.  Is it likely that they will both have a season at the same time?  I've never had two bitches together before so was just wondering.  Seasons aren't a new thing to me but I can't imagine what having two going through it at the same time is gonna be like, maybe I'll get lucky and the other one won't have her's yet :)

Hiya
My older girl is in season at the moment and my puppy now 11m hasnt had her first season yet !!
I was hoping that the older one may bring the pup on but it hasnt happened.
Keep checking her with a tissue especially in the morning or after she has been lying down for a while.
Not sure but would imagine theyre all different .Two together would be better otherwise your going through it all 6 wks twice a year.

Hi, they should come into season within a week of each other.  When you have bitches together even if not the same age they tend to have seasons very close to each other. At least you can get it over with during the same month!! Time to get the furniture throws out etc. etc. :-)

oooo I can't wait ;)  My last bitch was very heavy when she had her season and I had to put newspaper all over the carpet coz she just kept dripping it everywhere, not to mention shaking it all over the wall eeeek!!  I hope these two darlings keep themselves a little cleaner lol

My male Goldie (castrated I hasten to add) does a very good job of keeping my bitches clean - he seems to have his nose permanently attached to their rear ends. Don't you just love 'em?

I think I can't do them because I'm on a MAC and not a PC

:D Bless him. My nutered male does the same. Trouble is he has been 'checking' for weeks and she has had all of the right signs, just hasnt come in yet. I think she does it on puropse just to keep me guessing!
