Has anybody given this supplement to their children and noticed any positive results.  I'd be interested in any opinions, good or bad.

Thanks

Yes.  My son takes them and I have noticed an improvement in concentration.  He started taking them before the summer holidays and now goes to secondary school where a more applied effort to work is required.  I am pleased with the results.

I also work with young people with learning disabilities and conditions such as ADHD and many parents say they help.

I've got a link to some good academic research somewhere if you are interested.

Hi Jackyjat

I would be very interested in having that link if you can find it.

Thanks

Does make me laugh, when some of us have been supplementing our dogs diet with Omega 3s for years......................

I gave my daughter omega 3s 25 years ago..................
