Hello can anyone help me locate a ring craft.
I bred a litter in July and one puppy is going to be
shown and the couple cant locate a ring craft in there
area.  It is a Weimaraner that is being shown, and
I need to find a ringcraft in the area of
Broughton Astley, Leicestershire.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Rachel,

Have you tried Wigston Magna dog training club?   They train at the Bassett centre in Wigston.  Training 1st tuesday, match night 3rd tuesday, starting @ 8pm.

Thats brilliant thank you so much for that information.

I will forward it on to my puppy owners.  If anyone else has anything else
to add that would be great.  Do you go to that one Sarah ?  Do you know if there are any other Weimaraners that go there, as in my experience a few tips from people that show the same breed goes along way. I have told the couple what to do, the basics, and I have invited them to meet me at a show, and also come to my house for some tips. But you cant beat weekly ring craft training.  They have booked their first champ show with him, so its very exciting.

I am a member of this club although not been for a few months.  Admittedly, there are a lot of toy breeds that go there but do also get other breeds inc gundogs.   I know this is the closest to Broughton Astley, but another nearish club is Hinckley & district who are, once again, moving venue next monday to the working mens club in Hinckley.  They're a pretty friendly bunch and do have more gundogs and I believe they're meeting every monday, and think they are starting up match night again.   If you wanted details, I can find a contact no for you.
