Hello i need some advice  have a 14 month old and whenever we meet other dogs while i am walking mine my dog pulls whines and barks to try and get to the other dogs shes not nasty she just wants to greet every dog we meet i have come to the end of my tether now this is my only problem please helpi take out treats toys but shes still as bad she just ignores me

How often does she get to play with other dogs when you're out? The more opportunity she has to meet and interact with her own species the less 'novelty value' they'll have and she'll gradually calm down around them.
