Just thought I would share this with you all :D :D

The cat and dog were chasing each other around (another normal day in this house :rolleyes: LOL) they run in the kitchen through the cat flap, they have a bit of a tussle, and then the cat flies out of the cat flap only to stop just outside and hold the cat flap open, Jed goes running to get the 'big bad pussy-tat', and she slammed the door down on his nose and then of course legged it - the wuss!! LOL I wish I had have had the camcorder out, it was just like a scene out of Tom and Jerry, I was waiting for the dog to pick up a frying pan and wait for the cat to come back!! LOL

You never have the camcorder when you need it do you, that would have been a great one for "you've been framed"  :-D

our old tom cat was the scurge of the neighbourhood, we did not know until someone knocked on our door and said, i walk our dog past your house about 4.30 every day would you be so kind to keep your cat in please,we then watched why, at about 4.15 seamus walked across the front garden and into the bush beside the path and just lay there rolled onto his back had a scratch and then stopped and went into a very low crouch the man came walking buy with his dog who was trying his hardest to walk in the middle of the road, and then we saw why seamus flew out of the bush and went to grapple with the dog, the dog was screaming and seamus then went back into the bush, then ran out again and stalked this poor male rottie who was terrified of seamus, we went out into the garden and called seamus back who looked at us and then the dog and trotted back to us and wrapped himself around our legs purring away the man said this had been going on for a while, and he never ever hurt the mans rottie just scared him wittless, then we found out that seamus had been going through our next door neighbours dog door and eating the dogs dinner while the dog would sit there crying the dog was a gsd, he was a sod, but a lovable one, he would walk every night with our dogs for there last walk and he would race ahead and hide and the dogs knew what was comming he would fly out at them and belt them with his paw never claws out, and they would just walk ahead with their head held high and try and ignore him, we used to walk by apub and the regulars that used to sit outside on a night time would laugh and say one day he will get his comupance, but he never did , he used to lie on the path on his back playing dead and any unsuspecting dog that would go and sniff him used to end up with a moggy attached to their head, how he surivied for 15 years was beyond us, but he had doggy friends as well as cat friends and he was a cat in a million.

I think cat's have a lot more courage then we think, and are certainly not as frail as they look!

Our cat is about 7 months, she is a very small cat, and a couple of times I have thought Jed was really going to hurt her but she has him before he even blinks!! He is definatly getting a bit rougher with her now and I am waiting for the time she has a proper go at him, maybe then we will be able to sit in peace without the two of them chasing and fighting!

In the morning they run and fight, but then comes the afternoon and they curl up in the cat's bed together and have a sleep, so it just goes to show, even though none would admit it, they like each other really! ;) :P

Seamus sounds like he was a right hooligan!! LOL :D

he was wicked we have got a pic of him up the xmas tree,attacking the fairy the tree is bending over at the top with the weight of him,he was one of these cats that when he went to run up a fence the whole fence shook.
