Can anyone suggest an alternative to NatureDiet that is just as good?
Since their move almost 2 months ago I just can't get hold of the stock. Their usually brilliant customer service has been less than helpful!!

Natures Menu?
Do you mean to say you've called Naturediet and they are unable to ship you food directly? I've had no problems, the pet warehouse I use always has plenty and my local Pets at Home is fully stocked too.

Likewise. I haven't had a problem at all with ordering direct from them, I usually order about 10-15 cases every fortnight or so and they always deliver within a couple of days.
I picked up 2 cases yesterday from a local supplier (not part of a chain ) best b4 date of sept next year, so deliverys are getting up here...... Just aswell as my supplier hasnt the room to carry lots of stock of ND neither have i :D

If it is the Nature Menu that you want my local animal feeds agent orders it in for me each week, they will deliver if you take an order over 50kg Is this the frozen or the pouch's

My wholesaler hasn't been able to get any and our pets at home and other pet shops in the area (south east) are empty. Nature Diet have been supplying me direct but at a reduced rate. As a trainer/behaviourist I supply clients as well and ordeer 15-20 cases each week. They flat out refused to send any last week leaving me without food for clients and my own dogs.
I have tried Natures Menu in the past on my own dogs but found even after a steady change they had upset stomachs.

I am really surprised you are having problems with ordering direct. I am in the S. East (Herts.) and like I said in my previous post have never had problems and I, like you, order a large amount regularly.
What reason did they give for refusing to send out last week?

Deaks,
I'm in the Southeast too, Surrey. Pets at Home in Woking has shelves full of Naturediet. I bought cases of Naturediet from Surrey Pets Supplies (Horsham) just a few weeks ago. They even had the fish and rice variety, which I cannot buy in Pets at Home.
I wonder what's going on with them. Did they give you a reason why stocks are so low?

Answered my own question after checking the Naturediet site, from one of their forums:
"The availability of Naturediet has been caused by breakdowns in the production facility in Surrey. It is now running at full capacity 24/7, but unfortunately the demand during the breakdown reduced all stock levels to zero. All stock is being given over to the suppliers as it is being made.
A new processing plant in Norfolk is very nearly completed and once fully operational this plant will have a production capacity of over 6 times that of the Surrey plant.
Stock levels are slowly being returned to normal and as soon as the new factory is up and running we will announce it on the Home page of this site."
Guess their new production facility had some teething problems. Looks like they are doing rather well though if they are opening up another new factory.
