why not try breed rescue.....at least all the money goes to a good cause!

A lot of breed Rescues sell christmas cards to raise funds.

A lady in the husky club produces her own cards and donates all the profits to Welfare.

do you know who that is? Because I'm trying to buy the husky cards from that site but it keeps telling me that I've got cookies disabled or something silly like that!

I always buy my cards from Guide Dogs for the Blind - really worthwhile charity.

i made my own last year-we used an old pic of Teka as a baby, and used used the pooter to stick a santa hat, beard and scarf on her! I think we're doing it again this year

A topic much on my mind at the moment - I am about to apply glitter and little christmassy things to 4 dozen cards for delivery to Midland Counties on Sunday!  I know the big charities, such as Guide Dogs and Dogs Trust are very important, and do need the funds, but please remember you breed rescues too!  Lots of us are very small, and seasonal things like cards and calendars can make a big impact on the funds.
bye

is there a computer programme I can download to make cards ? I was hoping to make my own this year with pics of the boys on :)

I'm making my own cards this year... but I'm drawing them!

I'm not sure what kind of design I'm doing yet. Perhaps a pencil portrait of my dog in a Santa hat. I'll make prints of that.
But for my very good friends I'll draw some personalised cards featuring the breeds they like.

another alternative is similar to what others have said but what i did last year was to upload digital pictures to wanadoo's digital picture site and had some cards made, not only were they the breed i wanted, they were of my own dog so more personal to me.At the moment they have 20%(i think) off of card orders but only 'til end of October.Just a thought!!
