I just noticed that my bitch has a pea sized boil on her vulva. She has just come out of a season, and she isn't pregnant. But every time i was walking her, male dogs would lick and bite(very gently) it, like they wanted something inside.

Could it be a diease?

Any comments would be really appreciated.

Hi i think it could be a polep she will need to be seen by a vet for a for a op. Is it in side her volver and looks like its poping out if so i think this is what it is warm regards debbie.

One of our bitches has a small boil on her vulva about 18 months ago. It was 'popped', cleaned and she had some antibiotics from the vet and it was cleared within less than a week.
She is a very clean bitch so it was just one of those things, she has not had anything similiar since but there is a tiny scar where it was :D Hope this helps :)
