I think my pup has  inguinal hernia, it is not bothering him but i was hoping to start showing him.
When i got him he didn't have it, it started to appear a few weeks ago, he has a hard ball like ball that if you touch it it disappears back inside but reappears every now and then. Also his testicles keep popping up and down, he has got two.
Any ideas if it is a inguinal hernia or not?
Any help would be great.

Certainly sounds as if it could be. Take him to the vet and have it checked out before it causes him any problems.
