Is it true central heating is not good for dogs. cats etc?? if so what are the effects it can do to them

I think the double coated breeds have thicker winter coats if kept outside compared to those that are inside :)

I had heard it affected most breeds of dogs and cats, ie their winter coats are a lot thinner than those kept outside :)

Your probably right liberty about most dog breeds and cats.....
but as i have only had double coated breeds and never ever owned a cat, i couldn't say whether they were affected or not, suppose logically they would be but you maybe wouldnt notice it as much :D
