HI I HAVE A 13MTH BLACK LAB BITCH I HAVE JUST FOUND A LUMP/SPOT ABOUT THE SIZE OF A OF A 5P PIECE AND IS RED IN COLOUR ITS BELOW HER SHOULDER BLADE. I THOUGHT IT MAY BE A TICK BUT ALL THINGS ARE GOING THROUGH MY MIND.  ANY HELP AND ADVICE ON THIS WOULD BE GREAT. K

sorry I have no advice for you but I noticed the same on my dogs neck this weekend. She has few on her neck and head but I don't know what they are and she is totally up to date with her flea treatment so don't think its that.

I don't think ticks often get that big, if I was you I'd take him to the vet to be on the safe side. Probably nothing serious but it's best to be sure. :-)
