My one year old pedigree bitch is almost a week away from whelping but she is showing signs of a whelping. Her Vulva is enlarged greatly and the puppies look as if they are moving. And the pushing and kicking is visible. Milk is coming out of her tits and she is very lazy only getting up to lay with you. But she is eattingt well and I'm not sure if she is contracting or not she is not nesting or pushing the covers. She has pushed the covers once or twice that's it. If you could help me that would be greatly welcomed!

One year is much too young to be bred and as a dog has to be at least 12 months to be able to be hip scored I'd guess this hasn't been done either..? Not good. Anyway, none of what you describe are really signs of whelping being imminent. You really should have read up on everything long before now, to be prepared. The Book of the Bitch is the Bible for anybody breeding a litter. Signs of whelping will include starting to pant heavily, pacing, nesting (a LOT more than just pushing the bedding about a bit, we're talking digging here) -and this can go on for 36 hours or so before the actual labour starts. The temperature will also drop low.
