At feeding time, 4 of my pups eat straight away. The other two eat after the others walk away. Are the 2 pups that wait to eat showing subordinate behavior ?  The pups are 6 weeks old. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks  di.

Do they all have their own bowls or do they have to share?  At this age they really should have their own bowls and some space to prevent greedy pups eating everyones food and also to prevent food guarding later ;) ;)

Yes, as suggested make sure that you have two or three feeding bowls down, the bigger pups will push to the front otherwise and the not so pushy pups would have to wait, you always get a Mr or Mrs Piggy in a litter, as long as you supervise feeding times the pecking orders will not be so easily defined, as yes they do exist even in new born litters.
