One of the male puppies in my litter is now 16 weeks.  whenever he is picked up or you bend down to him he urinates.  this is a toy breed.  I'm assuming it is submissive behavior but that is the only sign he has of being submissive !   he is very outgoing.
Have any of you experienced this or have any input.  I don't act upset when he does it so it doesn't cause more anxiety.

My almost 11 month old HWV still wees when he feels threatened, or excited..he's done it ever since we got him at 7 and a half weeks. I expect he will grow out of it but we don't make a thing out of it, just make sure he is somewhere that doesn't matter if we think he might have a little 'tinkle'. He is a confident young chap but he is still only a baby and I guess he just wants everyone to understand that!
Sorry, that isn't much help but I hope it kinda puts your mind at rest. We have 2 bitches and they NEVER wee'd in a submissive way..I just think the boys have a little less control over themselves than the girls :D
