my 14 week old staffy pup keeps trying to clear her throat as if somthings stuck down there ive had a look but carnt see anything she still wants to play but not eating as much . we wormed her yesterday .

Kennel cough?

we took her to the vets for her to get weighed to see how much worming stuff to take could she possibly caught it from the vets as shes had no contact with any other dogs . what do they treat it with . she showsno sighns of ill health as shes having a mad five mins now as i type.

How long have you had her and where do you exercise her?  She doesn't have to be in direct contact with other dogs to catch it but of course a vets surgery full of poorly animals could be the prime suspect!

weve had her 7 weeks

it seems worse just after shes woke up . like shes going to be sick

been to vets given anti inflamatory tablets vet couldnt se anything temp is ok . she said may have eaten somthing sharp scratching her throut
