Is there any word of the little Boxer puppy that was stolen and beaten. This is just too horrible to contemplate. Surely someone must recognise these monsters?

I was wondering the same. When I read it yesterday in Our Dogs I was so upset.I would dearly love to hear a good outcome on this one.The owners and the breeder must be absolutely devastated.
Not yet :(
But if you check on the dog lost website Bentley's story is supposed to be getting
coverage in the Star this weekend and hopefully some of the other papers will
cover the story too.
Bentley has his own website http://stolenpuppy-bentley.mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/
Hope he's soon reunited with his rightful owners

OMG that poor little mite. Lets hope these evil beasts are caught. I know what I'd like to do if I got hold of them and it wouldn't be give them a fine and slap on the wrists.
Bev
I really do hope they catch them.

Latest is the leads the police have. have come up to nothing, but apparently they have other leads to follow up.after all the publicity this as had over the weekend i would of thought somebody out there knows these slime balls. regards polly
Iam following this closely as soon as I know anything I will let you know. I did post about this last week but my post was removed. Dont see why but there you go.
crimewatch are running the story this wednesday night at 9pm, hopefully with the success rate they have, bentley will be returned and those responsible made to pay for this wicked act....polly
Thank god Polly :-) I'm really pleased to hear that crime watch will publish this story.
Going off the link above (which is the only info I have seen on this poor puppy) why didn't whoever had seen the abuse do something? Even if they could have just called out to the 'people' who were hurting the dog, they may have ran for it?
Sorry if there is a valid reason for it, as I said I have only seen the link above :(

I dont think anyone actually saw it, the home they stole him from had CCtv cameras and it was picked up on these.
I have been following this on Dog Lost and praying for his safe return.
Sorry, you are right I read it as someone had seen the attack and it had been caught on camera!
I also am of course hoping these 'people' are caught, and will be watching Crime Watch to see if there are any developments on the night.

Lets all have a "prayer" that he will be found safe and sound when it is shown on Crimewatch. My uncle has Boxers and it is just unbearable to think of such a beautiful friendly baby being ill treated. Boxers are such friendly dogs and they just adore people.

I'm keeping Bentley and his family in my thoughts and i will be watching crime watch, lets hope it names and shames these people that did this.
YES someone out there knows these slime balls, fingers crossed here that someone will see the show and ring either to the studio or to the police station dealing with this.As a boxer owner myself i find this very disturbing. my thoughts have been with little Bentley and his owners Scott and Jayne....xxxxpolly
Hi sorry to tell you all Crimewatch wont be doing a appeal for little Bentley tonight, due to the Sally Anne Bowman murder, which we can all understand the police need to catch the person responsible for her horrific murder.regards polly_45xxx
ps any more news i wil let you all know
Bentley's owners & Jayne from doglost will be on London ITN on Monday they are doing a big spread. Good luck to them all hope it helps to catch the slumbags.
