I wonder if someone remembers a story in the doggy papers a couple of months back about a rescue - and I'm pretty sure it was Labs - who lost their charitable status?

Although I remember it, I can't remember the reasons behind it. Can anyone help?

Did it not have something to do with a tax claim maybe?
