We have a hotpoint dishwasher Ultima FDW80 and it has gone into demo mode. The trouble is we have misplaced the instructions and don't know how to undo it :rolleyes:

Can't offer any help re the instructions.  Have you tried switching it off at the mains for a few minutes and switching back on again.

Or is that a silly question :D

Our Zanussi dishwasher did this to us once, we had to hold down a combination of 3 buttons for about 60 secs whilst we turned it on .........turn on while buttons are held down then hold for 60 secs (hope that makes some kind of sense) sorry cant remember which 3 but give em all a go.:)

good luck I know what a nightmare not having a dishwasher is.......our pump has gone and we dont know whether to replace pump or dishwasher so have been washing pots for about 3 months now.

Thanks for the link Balibee but I saw that earlier and saw our model wasn't there so gave up !

OH has sorted it as found a thread on the forum  on whitegoods.com.
