Has anyone ever dyed a handbag ?  I recently bought a corduroy shoulder bag 'cos I really like the style of it.  But it's pale green which doesn't go with much.  I'd like to dye it dark grey but I'm not sure if it'd turn out OK.

i ve not ever done handbags, i usually have leather ones :D
have dyed lots of towels and curtains thou with very good results. i used the dye for washing machines ( where u add salt) as opposed to the cold water dyes.
cant see why it wouldnt work on cordury its fabric after all :)

I have done loads of tye dying and I cannot honestly see a problem so long as it is all of the same material. Go for it girl and read the instructions carefully. Also Dylon have a very helpful web site.
