All summer I have been waiting for news of my new puppy and now I know she is coming in the Autumn.  I have carried on with my Bed and Breakfast to keep things going - hoping to have the puppy with me during the summer to bring her on a bit - with a view to taking a part time job in the Autumn that will fit in with my OH's hours so that the puppy is never alone.

I have agonised over what type of job I can take, because of the hours, and finaly settled on a Christmas job with a big high street name.  It involves a bus ride and a train journey and some very odd hours but hey my puppy will be worth it.

This is where Sods Law strikes.  I have now been offered a job just a bus ride away and an interview to one that is on my door step.

I don't know if you have a saying like this where you come from but my brother would say 'you wait for hours for a number 7 bus and then three come along at once'!  (The number seven used to take you to the Asylum)

Unreal isn't it

Hey make the most of it cos in my experience, if you are desperate for a job and will consider anything then there isnt even an interview available :(  At ist most silly I looked high and low for 4 months with hardly an interview and then was offered 2 really good jobs in the same week!
