does every breeder offer this or this work of a puppy farmer there seems to be a lot of ads offering this but i cant tell who is a good breeder there is a man called staffer does anybody now of this breeder he is in manchester

Reputable breeders do not as a rule deliver and it is always recommended that you see the puppies with their mum.

the man you have mentioned is NOT a reputable breeder. The reason he offers nationwide delivery is so that he can bring the puppy to you without you seeing the conditions the pups have been raised in (he lives on a farm) and so that you dont know where he lives if anything goes wrong. There has been cases of puppies from this breeder that have been sick and died :-(
PLEASE dont support puppy farming, this man is a SELF CONFESSED puppy farmer, read the following thread and you will hear from his own lips how he breeds huge batches of puppies for a living and brags about it :-(

I wouldn't trust a breeder who wasn't keen for you to meet both them and their dogs before you even see the puppies.
