Does anyone know of a defleaer which clears earmites as well. We currently use frontline, but the dogs seem to be getting earmites continually and as soon as the drops from the vets run out within a couple of days their back. Thanks was just wondering .

Stronghold kills fleas and ear mites, as well as sarcoptic mange (fox mites) and roundworms (but not tapeworms) :-)

Thankyou we will give that a try. I knew I'd heard of one just couldn't remember the name.

Which cannot be used on Border Collies or Australian Shepherds - there may be other "collie" type dogs for which ivermetim is a most definite no-no!
