puppies eyes open?i thought it was 10days old,my litter are 10days today+not open yet!!

From 10 days. If they're not showing signs of opening by 14 days there may be a problem. At this stage make sure their nest is in dim light to protect them.

I think most breeds are nearer the 14 days.  You will start to see a small bit of eye opening in the corner first then they are generally opened about a day after. 

(PS Hopefully you wouldn't but just in case don't ever  touch the eye or try to open it,  let it happen naturally)

My litters eyes didn't open until 18-19 days.  I don't know if it varies from breed to breed but I think 10 days is a bit early.

My Spanish 10 days - 14, my Pomeranian's 14 days onwards, they are very lazy :d

mine opened day 16,was advised by the vet to bathe them with cotton wool and warm water from day 12 onwards if not already opened.

Mine were about 13-14 days.

10 days for mine.

thanks for comments,day 12 today+so far 4 out of 10staff pups have opened their eyes.
