Not sure if it is a daft questions cos I have never entered a champ show but do you also send a SAE to return your pass?  If so I need to send a load today as I didn't include one :) just occurred to me when I was waking up this morning so not sure if I dreamt that you need to or over hear / read somewhere :D

Ah Phew, saves me a job today.  So if one of the entry forms T&C's states that no passes will be sent unless a SAE is snet does that mean they are collected on the day - it is a breed champ show?

If it states this Kel than you do need to send a SAE with your entry.
General Champ shows don't make you do this but some breed shows and open shows do although it is quite rare.
If you've already sent the enty then call the secretary and explain and you can just send on a SAE.
Which show is it and where?
I would also get a proof of posting through the post office as well. It's free. Or alternatively send a stamped postcard with your address on with confirmation of entry/payment and details of show written on it.
I've only ever had to use these once when they said they hadn't got my entry. I produced my postcard at the show signed by the secretary and they couldn't argue with it.

Ah right its the SW rott show in Weston - I will give the sec a call to check, it's not for another few weeks yet so no panic ;)  Cheers K
