I own and show to large dogs (Afghan Hounds) We do from time to time bait them with food in the ring. We either try tripe sticks,prizzle or liver and garlic bake (liver cooked with garlic) Does anyone else use diffrent foods to bait there dogs? Im just looking out for some new stuff to try thanks!

I use pieces of hotdog/frankfurter, the dogs go mad for them :D

Mine go crazy for pigs kidneys or lamb hearts too - not so keen on preparing them myself ( ugh ) but dogs do seem more than a little tempted by them if you're looking for a change.

I use cheese or pepparami salami sticks. Always easy to get hold of.
