
I think you would be better off waiting until end of NEXT year for a pup.
Your staff is young now, she may be doing well at training classes but, she is not old enough to teach a young pup how to behave, and having two immature dogs together is a nightmare. The elder one will go backwards, the young one will learn very little of how to behave around adult dogs.
You will have to train both seperately AND together (which yes, you have to do with adult dogs, but its not nearly so crucial), and it will be very hard work.
