I get my tripe/keepers mix/ heart, etc, delivered once a month from a well known Company up here in Central Scotland.
For the last 3 weeks they haven't bothered to deliver to me on my normal Friday lunchtime and haven't even bothered to call me to tell me that they won't be arriving. I called them when they didn't arrive the first time and all they said was, "sorry, having supply problems". So I said, you could have at least called to let me know. Apologies, blah blah blah.
When they didn't deliver again last week, without a call again, to tell me, I was getting quite peed off. Standard phone call, standard reply.........still can't get the supplies.
This has now gone beyound a joke
I've had to buy from PAH which apart from being slightly more expensive, also means I have to make a round trip of 40 miles. Not.....that I begrudge it but I don't choose to do it this way. I get all my bones, chicken carcasses from the local butcher, rabbit, pheasant etc from the local gamekeeper, but the dogs can't survive on that alone.
I spend in excess of £80 with this Pet food Company every month, might not be the most lucrative customer they've got but surely every little helps.
Trouble I've now got is I cannot find another Company that caters for Barfers in my area. I was quite shocked when I first moved up here several months ago to find so little choice of suppliers.
So if anybody lives in roughly the same area as me and has a good Pet food supplier that does Barf I would be most interested ;)
