hi my dog has recently been to the vets to find that she has a womb infection and her back legs are not carying her properley we have resorte to having her put down dose anyone know if a histerectamie would solve any of our problems we dont wnto to put her down xxxx

Well it would cure the womb infection (called Pyometra).  As for the hind leg weakness that depends on the cause, if it is through the poisoning of her system by the Pyometra then it should improve, but if it is another reason then that would have to be addresssed.  Your vet should be able to advise.

As Brainless says, a hysterectomy (spaying) would cure the womb infection, which might otherwise kill her.
