Why not join the forum and lots of experienced people will be able to help. If he chews the bed during the day while you are out, just leave him in the kitchen or somewhere else, and make sure it is dog proof, so the worst he can do is wee on the floor! He's only a baby, he doesn't understand it's wrong. If you see him doing something wrong, say 'no' firmly and offer him a toy to chew instead. The crying ought to stop when he gets used to sleeping alone - presumably you've only had him a couple of weeks and he's not used to sleeping without his mum and littermates. Good luck and don't give up on him too quickly!

He's only 12 weeks or so - still a very young puppy. If you don't like him chewing his bed, why not just give him a cardboard box to sleep in while he's still chewing? He's crying at night because he misses you - what do you do when he cries? Does he sleep in your bedroom or somewhere else? Most dogs will settle if they are close to you, this gives them security and confidence, then you can start to train them to sleep somewhere else when they get older. You MUST keep him away from wires, he could do himself some serious damage and possibly start a fire!
